Born ‘75 in Hamburg, raised in Bremen, I lived in Norway for one year (AFS), studied theatre at Dartington College of Arts in Devon, UK, and dramaturgy in London at Goldsmith College. I worked as a dramaturg at several “Stadttheater” (town theatres), as a freelance cultural journalist and for theatre publishers, finding new international theatre writing. In 2015, I learned how to become a “companion for the dying” (Sterbebegleitung), to be a grief counsellor and started to work as a funeral speaker for alternative undertakers.
I am a certified hypnotherapist and a member of the “National Guild of Hypnotists”.
Today I work as a funeral speaker (www.trauerreden.berlin) and as a hypnotherapist. Both are my dream jobs that give me perfect balance.
I am married, I have three kids and live in Berlin-Waidmannslust.
